Before your first ride, a signed waiver is required. Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign in person. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can welcome you with a studio tour, provide cycling shoes, and ensure your bike is perfectly adjusted for your ride.

Absolutely! Indoor cycling is perfect for all fitness levels — including beginners. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way, and we’ll help you get set up with your bike and gear. You control the intensity, so you can go at your own pace while building strength, stamina, and confidence.

Not necessarily. We provide complimentary cycling shoes for your ride. However, if you prefer to bring your own, our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats. Either way, we’ve got you covered for a smooth and secure ride.
