Welcome to BOX 17 CYCLE STUDIO! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.box17cycle.com], mobile services, booking platform, and studio services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By signing up for classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in strenuous exercise and have consulted a medical professional if necessary.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Class Bookings and Cancellations

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our website or app.

  • If you need to cancel, please do so at least 8 hours before the scheduled class to avoid penalties.

  • Late cancellations (within 8 hours of the class) or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to suspension of booking privileges.

4. Membership & Payment

  • Memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled.

  • You agree to keep a valid payment method on file.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Promotional offers and pricing are subject to change without notice.

5. Health and Safety

By participating in any class, you acknowledge the physical demands of indoor cycling and accept full responsibility for your health and safety.
If you feel unwell or experience unusual symptoms during or after a class, notify staff immediately and seek medical attention.

6. Studio Policies

  • Proper attire and clean cycling shoes are required.

  • Personal belongings must be stored in lockers. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in-studio (including logos, videos, text, and design) is the property of BOX 17 CYCLE STUDIO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOX 17 CYCLE STUDIO is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or after participation in our classes or from use of our Services.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
